Pre-Order & Shipping FAQ
1. What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve a product before it is in stock. By placing a pre-order, you secure your item so it will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available.
2. How do I place a pre-order?
Simply select the product, add it to your cart, and complete checkout. You will pay for the product at the time of purchase.
3. When will my pre-order ship?
Each pre-order item includes an estimated shipping date displayed on the product page. We will ship your order as close to this date as possible.
Example: “Estimated shipping: December 10–15, 2026”
4. Can I change or cancel my pre-order?
You can request a cancellation before your order ships.
To cancel, contact us via our contact form or email.
Once the order has shipped, standard return policies apply.
5. Will I be charged now?
Yes — full payment is collected at the time of checkout. This ensures your pre-order is secured.
6. Can I combine pre-orders with in-stock items?
Yes! You can place pre-orders and regular items in the same order. All items will ship together, so the delivery may be delayed until the pre-order item is ready.
If you prefer immediate shipping for in-stock items, place separate orders.
7. How will I know when my pre-order ships?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
8. What if the shipping date changes?
Sometimes delays happen due to production or shipping issues. We will notify you immediately via email if there’s a change in the estimated shipping date.
9. Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
You can request a shipping address change before your order ships. Contact us as soon as possible to update your address.
10. Do pre-orders qualify for promotions or discounts?
Pre-orders may or may not be eligible for discounts or promotional codes. Each product page will note if promotions apply.
